Construction Sciences has used Emilia Cleaning since September 2020 for twice-weekly office cleaning services. Throughout this time, Emilia has been reliable, professional and responsive to our requirements. Our facility experiences high foot traffic, with workers regularly moving between workshops, laboratories and office areas, resulting in floors and common areas becoming dirty throughout the week. Emilia has consistently maintained a high standard of cleaning in our offices, amenities, kitchens and common areas. Communication has always been prompt and professional, and we have appreciated her commitment to quality and attention to detail. We would be happy to recommend Emilia Cleaning to other businesses seeking reliable commercial cleaning services.
Emilia Cleaning provided fortnightly domestic cleaning services for me from June 2020 following an insurance referral. The service included general house cleaning to assist me in maintaining my home. Emilia was reliable, professional, and easy to communicate with. The standard of cleaning was consistently high, and I appreciated having someone I could trust to assist with maintaining my home. I would happily recommend Emilia Cleaning to others requiring domestic cleaning services.
Service Stream has engaged Emilia Cleaning since 2019, initially at our Port Kembla site and later at our North Wollongong site. Throughout this time, Emilia has provided reliable and professional commercial cleaning services. Our offices experience regular staff and contractor traffic, with workers moving between office, workshop and operational areas, resulting in amenities, kitchens and common areas requiring ongoing attention. Emilia has consistently maintained a high standard of cleanliness, communicates well and is responsive to our requirements. We value the long-term working relationship and would be happy to recommend Emilia Cleaning to other businesses seeking dependable commercial cleaning services.
I wish to share our appreciation in engaging the services of Emilia and her staff in cleaning our Unanderra Workshop of Avopiling (Australia) Pty Ltd. Since commencing with us, our Workshop, Offices, Bathrooms etc have been dramatically improved by the professional cleaning services provided by Emilia, Luis and their staff. Our working environment is at times very dusty, muddy etc but they have been very keen in getting all areas to a high standard of cleanliness. I would have no hesitation in recommending Emilia along with her friendly service staff in any further endeavours.
We, Service Stream, at our Port Kembla warehouse/office have engaged the cleaning service of Emilia De Sousa and her staff since February 2019. We would like to share our appreciation for the excellent professional work and consistent standard. Emilia is quick to respond to any enquiries, friendly and adaptable with the after hours timetable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Emilia in any cleaning jobs.
I wish to advise that I have known Emilia for 5 years now and am very pleased to say that this has been an extremely happy association. Emilia has held the contract to clean “Elements” in Wollongong for the past 3 years. This is a building of 64 units on 8 levels and Emilia has proved herself to be extremely efficient, responsible, well organized and dedicated to maintaining a high standard of presentation of the building. Emilia became known to me as she also has the contract to clean the adjoining building “Fairways”. It was through observation of her work ethic on this building that it was decided to approach her to quote on “Elements”. I wish Emilia and her dedicated team all the best for their future endeavours.
Emilia has proven to be a reliable and efficient cleaning contractor for our building for a number of years. Mostly Emilia goes about her business unnoticed, as she can be relied on to take care of things. At times where an unexpected event happens outside of her normal duties, a phone call or message to her soon sees her attend our property to promptly rectify it. Emilia works well with our requirements at a reasonable rate and I would not hesitate to recommend her services to other strata properties seeking a change.
